Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, please ensure your request is submitted within this timeframe.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received - unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with any tags intact. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required. Please note, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns on orders. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount after the item has been received and inspected.
How To Start A Return
To initiate the return process, please email us at support@brooklynridge.com. Our team will provide instructions and guide you through the necessary steps.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item received is is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, the fastest way to ensure availability is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Returned items must remain unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country. Customs processing times and package releases are solely determined by local customs authorities.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take some additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date of approval, please contact us at support@brooklynridge.com.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. We do not issue refunds for items that are not returned.
